I went in looking for some seasonal clothes and left a little disappointed. The selection felt really limited, with barely any cute pieces and mostly just basic stuff in dull, kind of old-looking colors. I kept second-guessing whether I was missing the good items somewhere because I hate that feeling of being fooled by the seasonal displays and then finding out there’s not much there

My order arrived, but it wasn’t exactly what I had picked out. One item was totally different, and another came in the wrong size. Shipping itself was fine, so no issue there, but I felt kind of embarrassed having to reach out and explain that the stuff I got wasn’t right. It’s just annoying to deal with returns or fixes when you were excited to get your order. Not the best first experience.

I ordered a couple things from oliverandrain.com and ended up needing to return one of them. It did all work out in the end, but the return process wasn’t the quickest. The updates were slow and I had to wait a bit to hear back from customer service. They did reply tho, so it wasn’t like I was totally ignored. My refund came through after awhile, just took longer than I expected. Overall not a terrible experiance, but it could def be smoother.

Maybe it’s just me, but I didn’t feel like the pricing was laid out clearly enough. I only noticed the extra costs later in the process, and it would’ve been a lot better if those had been mentioned upfront.

I was hoping the delivery would actually show up on time this round, but apparently that was too much to ask. It was late again, so I definitely wouldn’t count on them if you need something when they say it’ll arrive.

I requested a refund and thought it would be processed much faster. I’m still waiting, and the delay has been frustrating from my side.

I grabbed a few things from Oliver & Rain because they looked really cute, but wow, what a letdown after the first wash. I followed the care tag exactly — cold wash, low dry, the whole thing — and the fabric still shrunk up and came out all wrinkly like some cheap bargain-bin mess.

One outfit faded weird too, and the seams looked twisted afterward, which made it feel like total flimsy garbage for the price. It looked nice before washing, but that didn’t last long. Definitely wouldn’t buy from them again.

Just a heads up to save you some time — I tried using one of the discount codes they were showing, but it wouldn’t work at checkout. Annoying, especially when you think you’re getting a deal and then it just fails. Didn’t feel very reliable.

I ordered my usual size and it fit close, so I’m happy with it overall. The sleeves are a little longer than I’d like, which is annoying, but also not really a big deal. I’d say the sizing is accurate, even though it’s not perfect. I’d probably buy it again.

I ordered from Oliver & Rain i was let down by the stitching. It looked fine when I first opened it, nothing amazing but decent enough, and then after one wash I started seeing loose threads everywhere. Not exactly what you want to notice right away.

The side seam actually started opening up, and the edges looked like they weren’t finished properly. For the price, I really expected it to hold up better than that. I mean, one wash shouldn’t be the big test, right?
Maybe I just happened to get a bad one, but I don’t think I’d order again. The quality felt kind of rushed, like nobody really checked it before sending it out, which is frustrating...

I wanted to love it, I really did, but the moment I picked it up, the drama began. It’s decent and gets the job done, but it feels kind of thin, like it might not hold up as well as I hoped. Not terrible, just not the quality I was expecting

It took forever to arrive. I kept checking the tracking over and over, and it just felt way too slow.

I emailed them two times about my order and basically didn’t get any real answer back. It felt like I was just sitting there waiting and being ignored, which was frustrating. Not really what I was expecting from them, and I don’t think I’d order again after this whole thing

I wasn’t really happy with the experience overall. It kind of felt like not much effort was put into making things right, which was disappointing. I’ll probably look somewhere else next time.

Payment was straightforward. I went through checkout without any problems, and everything worked like it should. Easy.

i liked browsing oliverandrain.com overall. the site has a simple, clean look and it was easy to find my way around. The baby clothes are really cute too, kind of soft and modern without being over the top. a couple pages loaded a little slow for me, but nothing too annoying. Overall, it feels nice and put together.

I ordered a baby outfit and it was really cute at first. The fabric just didn’t hold up well. After a few washes, the seams started getting loose. The color faded too. More than I expected. Shipping was fine. I just wish it had lasted longer for the price...

I ordered this because the photos made it look like a nice soft beige, but when it arrived it was much more yellow/tan in person. I even checked it on two different screens before buying, so I really don’t think it was just my phone. The color was the whole reason I chose it, so it was super frustrating when it didn’t match. Now I’m stuck deciding whether to deal with the return, which is just extra stress I wasn’t expecting. Really disappointing and I probably won’t order again...

I’m not trying to be overly picky, but for the price I expected a bit more. The clothes are cute, so I’ll give them that, but the quality felt average to me. Maybe other people had a better experience, but based on what I received, I don’t think I’d order again
